Post-harvest Robusta coffee conducted by local farmers in West Lampung consisted of two post-harvest processes: dry processing (natural, honey) and wet (full wash). The study aimed to identify the process stages, value quality defects characterize chemical composition (chlorogenic acid, caffeine) beans from different processes produced Gapoktan Triguna Tribudi Syukur, Lampung. research used survey interview methods equipped with laboratory analysis. sample was determined purposive sampling, a producer (Gapoktan Triguna) who have been fostering for 35 years. Coffee analysis refered SNI 01-2907-2020. results showed that carried out on honey, natural full wash premium (1-2 quality) highest number were broken beans. roasting semi-mechanical mechanical machines high chlorogenic acid content (>3%) caffeine according (2%).
